do not exit stream when returning to groups list

hello, thank you for the app, which is very nice there are some things i would suggest starting from this one

sometimes i enter a group, select a stream then maybe want to change to another stream in another group

unfortunately as soon as i enter the main list the live stream stops, and this is quite tedious, would it be nice not to xit, or at least have a back button that would not exit the stream

by the way, since this is a gtk4 app do ypu plan to follow more the gnome hig more?especially in terms of icons :)

Regarding the stream stopping when going back:
This is a very valid point and would definitely improve the user experience. However, technically speaking, the current architecture of Eng Player is built on a specific view stack logic. Implementing "persistent playback while browsing other groups" would require a massive rewrite of the core engine and the UI structure.
Because this is a huge structural change, I cannot include it in the near future updates. However, I have noted this for a potential "Major Version 2.0" overhaul in the future.
