Feature Request: Add Smart Router

Please add "Smart Router" feature or skill.

It needs to rotate providers & models based on required project need and available credit limits.
When reach free model daily limit rotate to next available free model for each provider. After that, rotate to next available free provider.
If reach limit on all free models/providers pause project to be resumed next day when daily limit resets.
Also, use smart planning to route to appropriate models for: chat, reasoning, planning, coding, tools etc

Provider Priority:

1. Local - free - Ollama, LM Studio etc - chat, light - planning, resoning, coding
2. Cloud - free tier - Ollama Cloud, Openrouter, Fluxrouter,etc - med-heavy planning, resoning, coding
3. Cloud - paid tier - only if subscription available/enabled by user - extra heavy -reasoning, coding
