Database: Books Table

Description

Holds a list of books, or folders, that hold coins.

Each book can have multiple pages, and each page can have multiple slots. Examples of these are the Whitman books.

Fields

• ID - BigInt(20) (UNSIGNED) (PRIMARY KEY)
• Title - VarChar(64) (NOT NULL)
• Denomination - Decimal(20,3) (UNSIGNED) (NOT NULL)
• StartYear - Int(10) (UNSIGNED) (NOT NULL)
• EndYear - Int(10) (UNSIGNED) (NOT NULL)
• ContainerID - BigInt(20) (UNSIGNED) (DEFAULT NULL)
• PurchaseDate - Date (DEFUALT NULL)
• PurchasePrice - Decimal(20,2)
• PurchasedFrom - varchar(100),
• Sold - boolean (DEFUALT FALSE),
• SellPrice - Decimal(20,2),
• SoldTo - varchar(100),
• SoldDate - Date

Field Descriptions

• ID - Unique identifier for this book
• Title - Tile of the book (e.g. Washington Quarts 1)
• Denomination - Face value of each coin inside the book
• StartYear - First year in the book
• EndYear - Last year in the book
• ContainerID - Unique identifier of the container that holds this book. Null if this book is not in a container.
• PurchaseDate - Date that you purchased this item. Null if unknown or not purchased.
• PurchasePrice - Price paid when purchased. Null if unknown or not purchased.
• PurchasedFrom - Who the item was purchased from. Null if unknown or not purchased.
• Sold - True if this item has been sold, otherwise false.
• SellPrice - Amount received when sol. Null if unknown or not sold.
• SoldTo - Who the item was sold to. Null if unknown or not sold.
• SoldDate - Date that you sold this item. Null if unknown or not sold.
