[Contrib Request] Context menu options

Howdy!

I'd like to propose some optional settings for the context menu.

1. Option to replace the "Windows Legacy" cascading menu with a direct entry for "Sound Devices", as playback / recording / sounds / communications are all in the same classic control panel menu and immediately accessible and labeled tabs.
2. Option to add "Bluetooth" to the context menu, which opens either the bluetooth quick settings flyout, or the bluetooth settings page.

Both of these options would be behind "Community settings"
