Hi Finb,
I made an English README with some help. I think I understood everything correctly, but please make sure I'm not misleading anybody. I also skipped a few details here and there that I wasn't entirely sure about. I feel like this is in a better-than-good-enough state and hopefully someone else better suited for this job can help out since the heaviest lifting has been done.
