[Server] - Add schema for topics

Create a topic schema to include the name of the topic, the ID (serial not null)

Tasks

• Add topic schema to server/src/main/resources/db/migration
• The migration script should be named the V1__Topics_schema.sql

Hi @R-Sandor do you mean to create something like below:

CREATE SCHEMA Topics;
CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS Topics.Topic (
id serial not null,
topic_name varchar(255),
primary key (id)
);

or just a table

CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS Topics(
id serial not null,
topic_name varchar(255),
primary key (id)
);

Also should id be PK?

Sure, there is an additional issue while running tests,

Caused by: org.flywaydb.core.api.FlywayException: Found more than one migration with version 1
Offenders:
-> FindFirst\server\build\resources\main\db\migration\V1__add_screenshot_to_bookmark.sql (SQL)
-> FindFirst\server\build\resources\main\db\migration\V1__Topics_schema.sql (SQL)

It passes when I renamed it to V1.0.12__Topics_schema.sql
