- General clean up of dead code, log statements, etc.
- Simplify logic so frontend can build a map tags to Bookmarks
- Checking to find tags before adding them.
- Tags add correctly on bookmarks. - Tags context cleaned up little. - BookmarkCard tidied up as well.
