🚀 Grok Imagine Cinematic Studio v3.6.4 "Odyssey Native"

Released: June 22, 2026

This release brings full native Grok Imagine Video 1.5 support, the new AI Polish Director, and major improvements to long-form sequence chaining.

⚠️ Important: Installation Method

Do NOT upload the .zip file directly into Grok’s Skills uploader.
It will fail with an error because this is a bulk package containing many skills.

✅ Correct Installation (Manual Method)

Follow these steps:

  1. Download the file grok-imagine-cinematic-studio-skills-install-v3.6.4.zip from the Assets section below.

  2. Extract the zip file to any folder on your computer.

  3. Install the skills:

    • Copy everything inside the extracted .grok/skills/ folder into your Grok skills directory: 
      ~/.grok/skills/

  4. (Recommended) Copy supporting files:

    • Copy the references/agents/ folder into your main project folder.
    • Copy AGENTS.md and MASTER_PROMPT_v3.6.md into your project root.

  5. Refresh the Skills page in Grok.

  6. Start a new chat and activate the studio:

    Activate Grok Imagine Cinematic Studio v3.6.4

What's New in v3.6.4

  • Full native Grok Imagine Video 1.5 support (better physics, consistency, and one-pass native audio)
  • New AI Polish Director — Final delivery upscaling (720p → 1080p/4K) with face restoration
  • Improved Cinematic Sequence Extender with stronger Chain QA and AUDIO_MOMENTUM_VECTOR
  • All 23 Role Cards updated with Video 1.5 integration notes
  • Cleaner production workflows for long-form cinematic and NSFW content

🧪 Pre-release Testing Goals

Please help test:

  • Clean installation using the manual method above
  • Activating the full studio
  • Running multi-clip sequences with Chain QA
  • Using native audio in Video 1.5 clips
  • Running the new AI Polish Director on finished clips

Report any issues in the comments or by opening an issue on this repository.

Future Improvement

A proper meta-skill installer (grok-imagine-cinematic-studio) is planned for v3.6.5 / v3.7. This will allow one-click installation instead of manual file copying.

What to Report

Please report any of the following:

  • Activation errors or missing agents
  • Chain QA giving incorrect Go/No-Go decisions
  • Audio desync or missing native audio in Video 1.5 clips
  • Upscaler failures (especially on non-GPU systems)
  • Character drift or continuity issues during long extensions
  • Any new bugs introduced in v3.6.4
