Production Bibles and Examples
The Production Bible is the single source of truth for every Grok Imagine Cinematic Studio production. It contains locked variables for characters, environments, tone, visual language, narrative arc, and dependency mappings that all 22 agents reference throughout the workflow.
A professional-grade document that includes:
- Project Metadata (Title, Logline, Genre, Tone, Target Runtime, Aspect Ratio, Reference Directors)
- Character Bible (Full DNA: appearance, personality, backstory, voice, transformation arcs, reference images)
- World & Environment Bible (Locations, props, lighting rules, color palette, architectural style)
- Narrative Structure (Three-act breakdown, key emotional beats, pacing heatmap)
- Visual Language (Shot style library, lens choices, camera movement grammar, color grading references)
- Audio Language (Sound palette, music references, foley priorities)
- Technical Specs (Resolution, frame rate, VFX complexity budget, quota allocation)
- Variable Dependency Map — Critical for consistency (e.g., "If Character A wears the red jacket in Scene 3, it must appear in Scene 7 with the same wear patterns")
Once locked, the Bible is immutable unless explicitly revised with UPDATE PROJECT BIBLE or REVISE CHARACTER DNA.
The repository includes a clean, reusable template:
Use it as a starting point or let the Mega Production Architect generate a fully populated version from your brief.
The repo ships with 5 ready-to-use, production-grade examples across major genres. Each includes a complete locked Bible plus sample scene breakdowns.
| Example | Genre | Tone | Runtime | Highlights |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Neon Eclipse Heist | Sci-Fi / Cyberpunk | High-octane, stylish, noir | ~90s sequence | Complex VFX, neon lighting, multi-character choreography |
| The House That Remembers | Psychological Horror | Slow-burn, oppressive, uncanny | ~75s | Environmental storytelling, memory motifs, sound design |
| The Last Letter | Intimate Drama | Emotional, minimalist, naturalistic | ~60s | Performance focus, subtle color grading, foley intimacy |
| Midnight Run | High-Octane Action | Relentless, kinetic, practical | ~120s | Stunt choreography, vehicle work, VFX integration |
| Echoes in the Static | Surreal / Experimental | Dreamlike, abstract, poetic | ~45s | Non-linear narrative, experimental visuals, adaptive audio |
Location: examples/ directory in the repository (or referenced in documentation).
Each example demonstrates:
- Full Production Bible
- Character DNA sheets
- First 2–3 scene breakdowns with prompts
- QA review output example
- Cost simulation report
Recommended workflow: Load one of these examples, study the Bible structure, then adapt it for your own story using Start new project + your logline.
-
Generate —
Activate Grok Imagine Cinematic Studio v3.5→ "Start new project: [title]. Generate full Production Bible." - Review & Lock — Read the generated Bible. Request changes if needed.
- Reference — Every subsequent prompt or handoff automatically includes key Bible excerpts.
-
Revise — Use
REVISE CHARACTER DNA "Character Name" "new details..."orUPDATE PROJECT BIBLEfor major changes. -
Export — Use CLI
reportcommand or Web UI to generate a polished PDF version for your records or collaborators.
- Start specific — The more detailed your initial brief, the better the first Bible.
- Lock early — Once you approve the Bible, avoid major changes unless necessary (consistency suffers otherwise).
- Use reference images — Attach or describe strong visual references for characters and key locations.
- Leverage examples — Copy structure and tone language from the included examples that match your genre.
