Win-CodexBar 0.26.3

This patch release fixes the DeepSeek desktop refresh failure reported in #56 and includes a small startup diagnostic hardening change.

Fixed

  • DeepSeek now refreshes correctly from the desktop app when an API key is configured.
  • API-key providers now stay on the automatic API source path instead of falling back to unsupported CLI mode.
  • Startup diagnostics no longer write raw CLI argument values to temp logs.
  • Launch logs now use per-process filenames so concurrent CLI runs do not overwrite each other.
