What's Fixed

• Fixed sparse provider grids in the tray and popout UI so provider labels no longer squeeze together when only a few providers are visible.
• Keeps the normal dense provider grid unchanged for larger provider sets.

Validation

• Built Windows release artifacts on Windows Server 2025 from v0.29.2.
• Ran the Windows smoke installer script successfully.
• Verified the real Tauri/WebView app on Windows EC2 with a sparse provider set; All, Claude, and Codex labels render cleanly without overlap.
