Win-CodexBar 0.30.0 ports the upstream CodexBar 0.30 provider and usage updates to Windows.

Added

  • Antigravity now shows the complete per-model quota breakdown alongside the summary lanes.
  • DeepSeek can show optional web-session usage and cost summaries beside the balance card.
  • Providers with a third quota lane can render tertiary usage rows.
  • OpenAI Admin API usage can be scoped by project ID from the provider settings.

Fixed

  • Codex now shows clear sign-in guidance when codex auth.json is missing.
  • StepFun refreshes expired Oasis tokens and persists recovered manual sessions.
  • Alibaba Token Plan refreshes use the current Bailian subscription-summary endpoint.
  • Ollama shows pacing projections for the documented 5-hour session and 7-day weekly windows.
  • The Windows Tauri UI no longer leaks the Runs out in {} placeholder in provider pace text.

Windows validation

  • Built the Windows installer and portable executable from commit 06a4547f.
  • Ran Windows-native installer smoke install/uninstall validation.
  • Verified the production tray panel, dense provider-grid proof view, and Providers settings page visually on Windows.
  • Ran local Rust, Tauri, frontend build, and frontend test checks before release.
