Statement that disable/enable all indexes [CORE700]

Everytime i will do massive inserts i need to disable all my custom indexes by selecting it from RDB$INDICES.
I'm requesting a 'alter database disable/enable all index' statement or at least a 'alter table TABLE_NAME disable/enable index'

I think that ignoring this index and continue is the better
option. If possible, the skipped indexes should be informed to
the user, or you could explain in the documentation that the
constraints indexes should be disabled using other statement
like "disable/enable all constraints" (but this should be another
feature request).

How should this statement behave if one of the indices
cannot be disabled (e.g. a PK constraint)? Ignore this index
and continue or abort with an error?
