Garbage bytes in isc_service_query() output [CORE1679]

Races in services sometimes lead to wrong data in results buffer in SVC_query2().
Easily reproducible on SMP machines - in any more or less long services output (verbose gbak, long gsec) garbage bytes may be noticed.
