Updating libraries

It's been over a year. Updating most libraries. Fixing a few breaking changes with some libs.

Notes:

• Commenting out some push notification stuff that wasn't working anyways. It will take more time to update the unified push library due to a conflict with protobuf deps
• Fixed an annotated string html content link styling issue
• Fixed breaking aboutlibraries changes
• Updated gradle and SDK version as well
• Updating the verify-ksp-version script to work with the new ksp version format
• Fixing an issue with the InstantConverter
• Fixing proguard issue
• Updating koin imports for viewmodels
