docs: app development guide for the wiki Six pages covering the path from "which shape is this" to a verified commit: App or Tool, Build an App, The Bridge API, The Rust Half, and Verify Your Work, plus an index and a sidebar. Every page passes tools/ste_lint.py at the prose profile with zero errors and zero warnings.
