This adds a generic version of FhirResponse. FhirResponse<T> where T is Resource.
Convert the fields StatusCode, Key, and Resource of FhirResponse to properties.
Adds the generic methods {,I}FhirResponseFactory.GetFhirResponse<T>()
where T is of Resource.
