How do I reconcile spec artifacts after editing?

Hi! I'm new and just tried OpenSpec. I have a question I haven't found an answer to in the documentation.

How can I reconcile spec artifacts after manually editing them, before "/opsx:apply" and starting the implementation?

For example: I change a detail in proposal.md and would like to realign the design.md and tasks.md files before implementation (or I change something in design.md..
the problem is the same). How can I do this?
