Cannot Find Dynamic Objects in FlaUI

How to access/Find dynamic elements that can be found with FLAUIInspect but are inaccessible through code. I have two TreeItems in the application , Shared and Local

With FlaUIInspect both are found

The only difference between them in the name.
When I am trying to interact with "Local" element, this can not be found through code. I have tried a lot of approaches by finding all children, put some waiting times, used treewalker , nothing can find this second element "Local", only Shared can be found

There is something that we can do to find it?
