Hi,
I have trying use Typescript types on VSCode, but VSCode is not automatically detecting the bullet train types. This happens because the file is named with
bullet-train-nodejs-client.d.ts. To code automatically detects a lib custom type we need to rename this file toindex.d.ts.This PR fixes this.
