• Use the generated TypeScript read API path so the demo reinforces Flatbread's core PMF promise.

Acceptance criteria

• Editing Markdown/YAML relation data updates app data without a manual restart in the demo path.
• Demo instructions are reproducible from a clean checkout.
• The demo shows the updated query result clearly enough for onboarding or interviews.
