This PR fixes various inconsistencies, uncommon word choices and mistakes in Simplified Chinese translations of Books, Business, and Developer Tools parts.
This is a start but I think is mergable. I expect myself to review and manually improve other modules in the future. I will try to finish SC first. I can do Traditional Chinese part too as I use TC more than SC these days but I'm not native in TC.
