Bumps appVersionName to 26.05.05 and adds the CHANGELOG entry for the parity +
review-sprint work: search verticals, the served Settings page, sample scopes by
default, tracker-list alignment, network-mode authentication (access token +
DNS-rebind guard + security headers), the parity fixes (default sort on the browser
route, did-you-mean in the empty state, in-app Wikipedia summary), the accessibility
pass, the bounded slop-list load, and the desktop About link.

Refreshes the README: documents verticals and the served Settings page, notes that
the sample scopes are installed by default, and de-hardcodes the stale "latest
release" line to point at the Releases page.
