Error indexing UWP Windows Terminal

Describe the bug/issue
Flow Launcher is not indexing some UWP apps, errors appear in log.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Launcher
2. Perform reindex
3. Verify apps like "Terminal Preview" exist

Windows build number: Windows 10 20H2
Flow Launcher version: 1.92 ver

Hey how's it going?

Are you missing any particular UWP app? Is it Edge and Windows Terminal Preview?

Do they come up after reloading (press f5 in while in search window)?

Hi @jjw24 , yeah Edge and Windows Terminal don't show. Reload does not fix it. On a different machine they appear fine. Log was included incase it shed light on the error.

Those errors are a bit hard to replicate and quite random, when you get a chance, restart the computer and let me know if that fixes the issue.

The edge error is normal. I guess it appears because of the legacy edge (which is kindly removed in newer windows).

yeah that is the case, but should still load them though.

@jafin what is your version of Windows Terminal and is it installed via Microsoft Store?

@jjw24 I believe it is 1.13. And installed from the windows store.

Yeah it won't show up unfortunately, we need to fix it.
