In the README.md, it is possible to include what enetconf is and its role in this OpenFlow related specs?

enetconfig is supposed to be a generic netconf library, so I don't think
its a good idea to muddy the waters with mentioning OpenFlow. The OpenFlow
parts are in the of_config application.

The README should explain how to configure the client and server. For example:

using username/password
public/private keys
