deps need common protocol

All the github reps are all over the place. some use 'git' URIs some use 'HTTP/s'

we should try an clean this up to a common protocol:

Tapestry is consistent with using "https".

Some of the deps of sigstop/loom use "git" for example:

https://github.com/msantos/tunctl/blob/master/rebar.config

and the "4faf1a52f1b364df6eb71176477861dbf60dcf0f" commit tag of

msantos/tunctl repo which is dep of sigstop/loom

When/if we upgrade to later versions or they are fixed in those repos this will clear up.
