Extend right side drawer

Description

extend the open right hand side drawer openRightDrawer method accept two new props:

• fixed which opens the drawer in a non floating state
• closeOnClickOutside which prevents the drawer from closing when clicking outside of it

and styling

Note

Opening the drawer while disabling the click outside directive means that the user is left without options to close the drawer (other than refresh the page) even by re-clicking on the action item that triggered the drawer to open in the first place.

That means that a dedicated close drawer action item must be included in the drawer that is opened.
