Description
This pull request introduces the Project Automation workflow - a workflow responsible for adding GitHub issues to selected GitHub projects.
This is an extended version of a reusable workflow of https://github.com/FlowFuse/.github/blob/main/.github/workflows/project-automation.yml that uses GitHub Application token instead of PAT.
