Improve quick options FlowFuse expert on the homepage to cater better to ICP

Problem

Our quick options on the homepage are fairly limited and might not cater yet well to our ICP segment.

Proposed solution

• Cater our quick prompts to be better aligned with actual usecases from our ICP. For this we use the example prompts from: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uS-d_KG_XUtzL1_gTu86Xp2LxsGxBXcC3EdtlJWu9zU/edit?tab=t.0
• Rotate quick prompts through these prompts (if 45 does not work well or has downsides, use the first 20 or so) upon page load.
• Feature a "more..." button that when clicked shows an additional 6-9 quick prompts below the existing ones. You can style the button as a quick prompt with the text more...

@gstout52 @Steve-Mcl imo sales would be the best source here to figure out what options we might serve as quick options.

Alternatively, can we include FlowFuse expert sent prompts?

Some of these maybe a bit too complicated and may need to be a blueprint instead.

As for Blueprints, once we support responses containing blueprints, we can do that. This support is a future task. (its on the dev board)
