Add PLC Landing Page

Description

This PR creates a landing page for PLC, since we see 'PLC' (90K impressions) and related queries are generating 187K impressions in just 3 months. For PLC keywords, we are already appearing in AI Overview, so this page will be great for capturing those impressions and converting them into clicks. since we have many articles related to plc which I have linked already.

Thanks @sumitshinde-84 looking good! Just a few minor issues:

• Having all the data in the front matter is a better practice than defining it inline in the body, I'd recommend moving it
• The width of the hero and last section are not consistent with the rest
• I would rather using an image for the hero section instead of the pictogram, something that ties the page to the real life
• The weight of "The FlowFuse Advantage" should be the same as the rest, I've used it like this before, but only when it's wrapped in the blue-card style, which I understand is not a good idea here because that's being used in the last section

@sumitshinde-84 we're revamping the solutions pages, so far the idea is to have industry based and use case based, but the later hasn't been fully defined yet.

I'd say let's start with this as a landing, and we'll consider moving it to solutions when we have a clearer picture on which use cases we'll include.

I have added links to the PLC landing pages on all relevant pages where needed. These pages will pass authority (link juice) to the PLC landing pages, helping them rank better and attract more clicks.
