@andy-fitch From what I can tell, Flowise primarily provides community-driven support for the open-source project rather than a public ticketing system. Here are the official support channels I could find:
If you're using Flowise Cloud, the documentation also differentiates between:
So if you're evaluating the open-source edition, the expected support path is generally:
I couldn't find any publicly documented "Open Support Case" portal or in-product support button for standard users. If you're evaluating Flowise for commercial use and need guaranteed response times, it may be worth contacting the team through their website to discuss the available commercial support options. :contentReference[oaicite:4]{index=4} If you're comfortable sharing what's blocking you, the community here may also be able to help or point you in the right direction. If this solves your problem, feel free to mark it as the accepted answer so others can find it easily. |

I'm a new Flowise developer and am evaluating this service. It seems like a good product, but I am completely baffled as there seems to be absolutely no way to get support or help on their product/service. I've looked all over the UI and there is no help button, no contact support button, no open a case, report a but - nothing.
Pretty frustrated with Flowise at the moment, not sure how anyone evaluating their service is supposed to get help
