Objective

Keep the FlowChain full local/private L1 build coordinated across branches, issues, PRs, ownership, merge order, second-computer setup, and smoke evidence.

Acceptance criteria

• GitHub issue map covers chain, crypto, control-plane, dashboard, contracts, bridge, hardware, research, and smoke packaging.
• Live integration matrix names current branch, PR, changed-folder ownership, status, blockers, and next prompt for every workstream.
• Open PRs have merge order and review notes for duplicate systems and scope conflicts.
• docs/FLOWCHAIN_SECOND_COMPUTER_SETUP.md, runbook, and acceptance docs are updated after builder PRs land.
• npm run flowchain:full-smoke expectations and temporary blockers are documented.
• Checks include git diff --check and any touched script/package smoke checks.

Out of scope

Subsystem product implementation except small root orchestration scripts with clear ownership.
