Acceptance criteria
- Message candidates are grouped by purpose: status ping, compact receipt reference, operator command, field diagnostic, emergency signal.
- Each candidate includes approximate payload shape and why it fits low bandwidth.
- The document names authentication, replay, spoofing, and loss/retry risks.
- No firmware or app UI is implemented.
