Add FlowChain L1 long-loop goal pack

• add quantitative /goal prompts for the next FlowChain L1 build loop
• add a launcher for dedicated long-loop Codex windows across existing worktrees
• define the final stop condition as npm run flowchain:l1-e2e, building on the already verified product testnet baseline

Validation

• PowerShell parser check for infra/scripts/launch-flowchain-l1-long-loop-agents.ps1
• git diff --cached --check before commit
• dry-run launcher verified all target worktrees/branches
• live launcher started the new long-loop agents

• obsolete older full-l1 prompt processes were stopped to avoid duplicate worktree writers
