This repository is in its initial state — it contains only a `LICENSE` file (MIT). There is no application code, build system, or services to run yet.

- **No dependencies** to install and no build/test/lint commands available.
- **No services** to start.
- Future agents should re-evaluate this file once application code is added to the repository.
