Action Flow Editor Not Appearing on New Pages

Current Behavior

On new pages, I click on any action flow editor and try to add an action. The editor on the right is a greyed out. Pictures below:

Expected Behavior

I expect to select actions on new pages.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page (I tried on different pages that I duplicated from the Default "Create Page" store)
2. Try to use an action on any widget on the page
3. Grey screen on new actions
   

Reproducible from Blank

• The steps to reproduce above start from a blank project.

I can't add any actions to new pages. Can only update UI until this is fixed.

Hi @Fibn007 - Thanks for submitting the issue. I tried above steps in few projects, all works fine and no grey page. Not able to reproduce in your project as well. Can you please configure the consistency of the issue. Try above steps in different project and see how it works. A quick video can help to understand when exactly the issue is displaying.
