Desktop Flutterflow does not recognize my paid membership plan

• I give permission for members of the FlutterFlow team to access and test my project for the sole purpose of investigating this issue.

Current Behavior

At launch FF desktop does not recognize my paid membership plan. I am shown a screen asking me to upgrade to basic plan and delete all but two of my projects.

Expected Behavior

I expect the app to recognize my paid plan ( valid until August 26) and allow me to open my projct.

The bug report code is from the web version of FF. I CANNOT ACCESS THE DESKTOP VERSION!

Hello! I’m sorry you’re experiencing this issue. Could you please provide the email address associated with your Basic plan account?

Also, please keep in mind that if you previously had a different plan and changed or canceled your Growth plan, your projects may still be associated with an inactive team. If that applies to your case, kindly go to your Teams page (http://app.flutterflow.io/teams) — you should see the inactive team listed there. Once you remove the team, your project should automatically be moved under your Basic plan.

Hi @vrwellrich! I took a look at your account. I'm not able to reproduce the issue on my side - I can see your plan details on Desktop, though I can only test MacOS. This points to it being a data staleness issue.

Can you try fully uninstalling FlutterFlow Desktop and re-installing? Let me know here if that doesn't work. In the meantime, I'll see if there's a way we can prevent this from happening.

I already reinstalled the desktop app. I was able to open the app once and then the issue reappeared. I have not had further problems since the last update.
