Current Behavior
I am experiencing a persistent "Build Failed" error during Test Mode/Run Mode, despite the Project Issues panel showing 0 errors and 0 warnings.
Details of the Issue:
The Problem: The build fails immediately. No specific error code is provided in the UI.
Troubleshooting already performed:
Deleted all API Calls and Groups.
Deleted Firebase and Supabase integrations/connections.
Removed all Custom Actions, Custom Widgets, and Cloud Functions (including package.json).
Cleared all Actions from the "Send" button and verified the Widget Tree for broken references.
Set a completely blank page as the "Initial Page" and the build still fails.
Cleared browser cache and attempted in Incognito mode.
Specific UI Glitch Observed: In the API Header section, clicking "+ Add Header" creates a duplicate line that cannot be edited or split into "Name" and "Value" boxes, suggesting a corrupted project state or UI freeze.

Expected Behavior: The project should compile or at least provide a specific compiler error in the "Project Issues" log.
