Associating devices with the RFPlayer dongle

Some device types need to be associated (paired) with the RFPlayer dongle before they will respond to commands sent from the dongle, either using the RFPlayer application or the Indigo plugin.

For RTS devices (such as Somfy shades) do:

  1. Push the programming button on the remote, the shutter will jiggle.
  2. In the RFplayer config application go to transmitter page send command RTS ASSOC. The shutter will jiggle again.
  3. Push the programming button on the remote again to end programming mode.
  4. Test sending commands from the RFPlayer configuration app.
