[FEATURE] - Add support for `archived` and `github_repository_vulnerability_alerts`

Changes on GitHub have necessitated the we update our modules to support 2 new fields that are being unset/changed otherwise on GitHub.

We need to add archived to the repository_base module, as well as a block that will enable GH Vulnerability Alerts.
