Add support for exclude patterns #43
Description
In the Tabularius, there's a case when I'd like to ignore *.Designer.cs files.
Current -ExcludeExtensions only sees .cs as the file extension.
So, I propose us to have a new more flexible argument to add various patterns for the files to ignore
