1. Use gokapi-cli to upload file
2. ERROR: Could not upload file -- failed to upload chunk: status code 400, response: {"Result":"error","ErrorMessage":"chunk is too small","ErrorCode":11}

Updated gokapi-cli to latest version (gokapi-cli-linux_amd64.zip) on Debian
