The loading bar on Finetuning Start page does not work correctly #10

Description
The loading bar on the "Finetuning start" page does not load correctly. It gets stuck at the start of the loading process.

Loading.jsx from the frontend directory
Desired behavior
The progress bar should load about 80% and then stop while the finetuning runs. Once the finetuning is complete, it should reached the "finished" status.
