This file won't exist until this PR is merged. The idea here is to grab the image from raw.githubusercontent.com so that the image can be visible on GitHub and NPM (without us having to ship the image as part of the NPM distribution).

This PR just adds a little bit of extra detail to the README so that it's a little bit easier to identify what Owl is all about by just reading the README on GitHub and NPM. No attempt to make it a comprehensive documentation set, just answer the question "what the heck is this thing supposed to do?"
