View rotation

I would like to be able to grab the square for the view and have it change the viewing angle just like it does on tinkercac It does not seem to work for me. If we want this feature, I most likely can add it.

I can implement the draggable view cube controls myself, so you don’t need to work on this one. The enhancement will be released along with the next version of SketchForge!
