Runtime packages (engine, renderers, FEL, schemas, specs, Rust crates, Python package) are now Apache-2.0 to maximize ecosystem adoption. Authoring packages (studio, core, chat, MCP, assist, linter, changeset) are now BSL 1.1 — source-available with a restriction on competing hosted form-authoring services. Converts to Apache-2.0 on April 7, 2030. All versions prior to this commit were released under AGPL-3.0-only.
