openbee:456: Other inventory not found

I am setting it up as seen in the top picture on the thread below:

When i type the command openbee [type] it returns with "openbee:456: Other inventory not found"

The script is also not downloading the .lua files, I had to do that manually.

NOTE: This screen shot is facing North. You'll need to modify some variables in the bee.config file for a different orientation. There's another screen shot in the thread showing a proxy block setup.
