Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Create a new event type
2. Create an event using the newly created type
3. Delete the event type, but keep the event
4. Create the event type again using the same name as from step 1
5. Navigate to 'Settings'
6. Go to 'Customize notifications' under 'REMINDERS'
7. Go to 'Notification categories'
8. See that the old and new event types persist

Expected behavior

Once an event type is deleted it should be removed from the app's notification categories.

Actual behavior

Obsolete event types persist and bloat the notification space.

This bug makes it difficult to change the reminder tone, because I can't be sure which of the multiple categories with identical name is the one whose properties to change.

Also new categories get created when I change the "Audio stream used by reminders" in Fossify Calendar's settings.
(The bottom-most is the one which seems to be in effect).

That's a system limitation. A new category is required to change the stream. The simpler solution is to append the stream type to the category name so they can be easily distinguished.
