Notification for birthday (or other dates?)

Feature description

A simple, local notification at 8am (or whenever you want, ideally) every day a contact (or a sub-list?) has a birthday or another important date that day.

Why do you want this feature?

To help me remember all my birthdays connected to people, and not in a calendar, disconnected from the person :)

@PanderMusubi technically we haven't had a response from collaborators, whether or not they want to implement this, but I guess there are other solutions, so no need to pollute the repo!

All issues are considered at some point but it seems like you'll be happy with the suggested solutions :)

Fossify Calendar sees the birthday calendars and can manage notifications. If this was to be implemented in Fossify Contacts, then the functional scope would overlap too much. so good to keep that seperated.
