[Feature request] Option for setting default storage for new contacts in settings

Right now default storage is set to last created contact storage. So if I'm saving to different storage or trying new saving storage its get stuck for next time I create new contact

Default option would stay the same, but if I selected default option, I would have default option.

First: Thanks for creating, maintaining and sharing this and related apps. Love 'em :-)

As I am quite new to github - not sure how to "upvote" an reported issue (I added a thumb up emote).
I would appreciate a default option as well as it significantly increases security against unintentional data sharing with other apps. Supposing a new default option offers not only the choice "device" or SIM or account - but directly "DEVICE / Phone storage (not visible by other apps)".

Adding an indicating icon maybe next to the favorite "star" would be beneficial as the contact source field is the last field and cannot be moved up.

Btw: the option "phone storage" is a bit strange. During contact maintenance I get three options (radio buttons):
1 "DEVICE", 2 "Phone storage" (these two appear to be redundant) - and 3 "Phone storage (not visible by other apps)"
After saving with option 1 or 2 I always get displayed the English "DEVICE" and not "Phone storage" (nor its German translation) as shown on the screenshots in F-Droid or Playstore.

Not worth to create an extra ticket -as the function as such is working fine - but if this is touched anyway...
